How long does shipping take?

At Bright Vibes by KCaspire, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! Our standard shipping time is 14 business days. Please note that this timeframe includes processing and handling your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your positivity-packed items!


What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs at Bright Vibes by KCaspire are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order. To make things easier, we offer free shipping on all orders over $49! Simply add your favorite items to your cart and enjoy the savings on shipping. If your order is under $49, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items.


Where is Local Pick Up?

Local Pick Up is near downtown Olathe, KS. If you select Local Pick Up, instructions will be sent to you once your order is fulfilled. 


Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Creating an account at Bright Vibes by KCaspire is not required to place an order. However, having an account can make tracking your orders easier and provide you with a faster checkout experience. If you choose to create an account, you'll also be able to save your shipping information for future purchases and access your order history. It's a convenient option for those who shop with us frequently!


Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

At Bright Vibes by KCaspire, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure a fast turnaround time. Because of this, we typically start processing orders immediately after they’re placed. While we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they’re submitted, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a modification. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we appreciate your understanding if we are unable to make changes due to the processing speed.


Can I add items to my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order once it’s been placed. However, if you’d like to add more items, please place a new order. If your original order has not yet shipped, we’ll gladly waive the shipping fee for your additional order. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it for you!


What is your returns and exchanges policy?

At Bright Vibes by KCaspire, we want you to love your purchase! We accept exchanges for new, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom items are not eligible for exchange. If you need to make an exchange, simply contact us to initiate the process, and we'll be happy to assist you.


What if my item is damaged?

Be sure to inspect your item thoroughly upon receipt. f your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
